Job Description YOU MUST BE A FORESTRY & ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES STUDENT, ELIGIBLE FOR A STUDENT ASSISTANTSHIP TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION. A joint initiative of the Yale Law School and FES, YCELP seeks to advance fresh thinking and analytically rigorous approaches to environmental decision-making – across disciplines, sectors, and boundaries. Research Assistant duties include supporting Center events on campus as well as the Center's webinar series; assisting with outreach and communication development for the Center; research, writing, editing, and outreach on a number of Center projects including the 2012 Environmental Performance Index.
Job Requirements Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills a must. Computer skills desirable including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and web. Video editing, database and statistics skills a plus for some positions.
