Job Description
Under the direction of the Program Administrator, assist with various aspects of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program grant renewal application process. Specific activities will include but are not limited to preparation of documents and tables, updating spreadsheets and information pertaining to graduates of the Program, proofreading text, formatting documents, maintaining a schedule of deadlines pertaining to the grant renewal, and ensuring that deliverables are met. Individual may also perform other duties for Program as assigned. Estimated workload of approximately 3-5 hours per week with the potential for additional hours in the early spring. One year commitment required.
Job Requirements
Individual should be well-organized, detail oriented, have strong computer skills, and be reliable. Individual should also be able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
